Some of those fuses, I can't find. Are you sure it's for a '93 with the Pioneer?

The power source supplies power to each of the vehicle’s electrical devices. It is composed of the battery,
fuses and relays, which are located centrally at relay block No. 2 and relay block No. 6 in the engine
compartment and junction block No. 1 relay block No. 4 and relay block No. 5 in the cabin near the driver’s
feet.

For a Master Reset of the Lexus Radio you need to press and hold Buttons 1, 4, 6 and Press Power. Radio will turn on and say "APS" "SEC" Press ^ and 1 you will see ^ _ _ _.
If you press the Down and 1 you will see \ / _ _ _
Press ^ and 1 and put the code in like normal.
Press Down and 1 and put in the Second code.
Then Press "Scan" Screen should blink "SEC" and turn on.
No more radio code.

1993 LS Pioneer Radio Code 1: W/ C.D 241
Code2: 239
W/O CD 596
239

Sorry i took so long.. Got Caught Up by the Fuzz...

I will give that a shot, although the radio hasn't turned on regardless of what I've done.

I thought with the Pioneer system, the headunit powers the door speakers while the amp powers the sub? Where is the amp? Trunk?

I guess I'll see if a new (used) Pioneer AMP will do it. At roughly $30 on eBay, it won't exactly break the bank if that's not the issue. Everything seems to be pointing to it though. There could've been a possible water leak into the trunk. How could I ensure that it wouldn't happen again?

the pioneer only has a woofer amplifier... i would try and get a aftermarket radio the news ones have usb ports and sound better.

i got mine from sonicelectronics and it includes the mouting kit and wiring harness you will loose the factory subwoofer but it sounds great without it
