1993 LS400 - No Power to Pioneer Radio
Hey folks,
A coworker of mine owns a '93 LS400. She claims that the radio isn't powering on at all - no antenna, no lights, no nothing. At this point, I'm thinking it's a fuse that has blown, but when I took a look at fuse #4, it shows that it also powers the climate control which works perfectly.
Thanks in Advance.

Guys, she gave me the key today and it broke apart due to the fact that it didn't have a screw. Low and behold, it also didn't have a battery in it. Could the fact that the key doesn't have a battery in it be the reason why the radio isn't turning on? Maybe as an anti-theft feature? Also, I checked all the fuses and all are well.

my manual says this If the battery negative (–) terminal is disconnected, the ”ANTI–THEFT SYSTEM” will operate when
the terminal is reconnected, but the radio, tape player and CD player will not operate. Be sure to input
the correct ID number so that the radio, tape player and CD player can be operated again.
but i Have had my negative cable off and my radio still worked..but come to think about it my cd changer stopped working that is why i bought a new radio
