O.K. so I initially said it would be the longest seat cover install. I did both front seats and still have to do the center console and back seat.

So, how difficult is it?

It is difficult even for the weekend warrior DIY guy. I am mechanically inclined, have a nice tool collection and a workshop and tackling the seat covers is a real challenging project - but possible with patience and planning. All in all it is definitely a job most folks that are technically inclined can do.

So how is the leather package? I give it an A- for overall fit. The kit was a near match however, it required some small cuts, modifications, etc. to fit. Quality is top notch..maybe as good or better than OEM. For $1,000 you just won't be able to beat it.

Make sure you invest in hog rings and pliers or you will be in real trouble. Here are preliminary pics. They don't do the color contrast justice but overall I am pleased with the appearance. I will finish the job and then get new leather to match for the arm rests (all of them).

Thanks....air pockets are next this weekend - hopefully they will come out. Pure, my camera on my phone is not the greatest..head rests actually same color as seats. The headrests were a particular chore as my Lexus manual not really detailed in removing them.
