lex400sc and others,
This system should work on 1st Gen SC400. I assume the exhaust system is the same or similar.
Last night i started to modified the intake tube. I take all the intake accessory out and used a 3" cast aluminum eblow facing backward and attached to the TB with Hosetechniques hose and T-bolt clamps. Due the distant between the TB and end of the engine, i have to cut non-essentail portion of the MAS out.
This weekend, i will take this intake tube and get it welded on.
Wish me luck

Modified and weld two metal boxes together from a local steel/metal shop. Noticed the -AN fitting are welded. -8AN drain oil from the turbos to the oil sump and -6 AN is attached to the oil pump. I also make few extra AN fittings for future use and for oil drain and oil change.

Noticed the oil sump is grinded and sprayed with high temp spray to protect from heat and rust.
I also made an extra hole to be weld in a oil tempurature gauge. Its not here yet, but it show be welded in when it is recieved.

The inlets you see and the extension of the MAS is a custom job. Within the extension box has two baffles internally to redirect the inlet air into the MAS.
