preload only needs to be changed for the rear, Megan told me the coilover should work fine with up to 1" of play in the spring, but no more.

Hey guys,

Just an heads up. I didnt think my car was that low but apparently it was low enough to rub the wiring harness on the driver side. My driver side window would not roll up which prompted me to check the harness. Luckily only a couple of wires that rubbed off . You could see in the pictures. The green electrical tape is where i had to solder and patch up the harness. I drilled up a couple of holes so i could zip tie it to a higher location. I know the the SC guys rerouted the wires to the engine bay but i didnt find much on LS400's except this.

what you should be able to do (though i haven't confirmed) is unplug the harness in the driver's footwell and then reroute it through the engine bay. if not i may just end up wrapping my harness in a piece of metal pipe to save it

This is the only link i was able to find. I know you could plug it and relocate it for the SC400s but i wasnt sure about ls400.

I've never seen wheels like those before. Not my favorite but they are different.

I'm really diggin' your ride, but not really feelin' the bumble bee (I used to have a Prelude. Great cars.).

I like the way that your wheel wells look filled up. That and ride harshness is why I when with slightly larger diameter rubber on mine.

I didn't see any wheel or tire specs. You obviously had some rubbing on your harness. Where else, if anywhere, do you have rubbing?

Haha its funny cause i used to have a prelude too. it was super beat up and i sold it to get the LS400.

I posted on the wheel thread but i guess i didnt post it here. The specs on the wheels, 20x8.5 +35mm. they pretty good. I could probably go lower but im on a 40 series tire so the ride is pretty good. Its tucked maybe 1 finger or less gap. Fenders are rolled and the fender liner is trimmed. i decided to put the fenderliner back on the car but it isnt shown on the car.
