Question ac problem? help

recently my ac started to act weird.. if i set the ac on auto.. all it does is change the flow to the floor.. and blows it to the floor all day long..before it would blow high and then settle down as the temp lowers.. also it only blows cold ac if i set it on 65.. but if i put it on 66 or 67 or 68 anything up to 75.. it blows hot .. really hot.. i wonder if something is wrong with the thermostat? can anyone help ? or has anyone ever run into this kind of problem?

well im not sure if im out of freeon or what...but whenever i did turn on the a/c its alwayz hot air...but like on less sunny, hot days...it would blow nice cool air on low. if you tried it on high, it would be hot air. and the temp was on 65...really confusing things...but i think it just needs freeon.

Default Most likely

The interior air temperature sensor just above the drivers right knee is open, making the A/C ecu think the car is DAMN COLD.

Default sorry...

by "open" I meant the eelctrical circuit is open indicating a high sensor resistance which indicates to the ecu that the cabin is damn cold.
