you're looking at the stuff mentioned but not the systems involved. did you check the entire ignition system to make sure it is working right (including the coils and the plugs themselves). what about the timing, did you check to make sure it's where it should be and that the belt didnt skip a tooth?

Well I checked the coils and they look like they were recently replaced. Nothing out of the ordinary there. The plugs were just changed on Monday and I checked them and gapped them before installing them.
As for the timing, I have no checked that yet. What would be the best way for me to check if the timing is off or not?

As mentioned earlier, the timing belt was recently changed. Within the last 5-7k. The belt looks like it is still brand new, but like you said, that doesn't mean that the timing isn't off.

After some more testing, it looks like my oxygen sensors are failing, and my cats are bad. The shop wants $1900 for the parts and labor. Looks like Ill be hunting down some parts.
