I've got the same setup, just powder coated the face black. Any pics? Lip size?

You need to make sure it's very clean in there before you roll it. Any dirt or debris can cause dimples if you do a complete flat roll and or start to pull. Thinner the metal more likely it is to dimple. I've probably roller 30-35 different cars and have never had a dimple. I spent a few minutes though and clean it really well first.

pretty much every LS and most SC/GS will dimple the front fenders if ROLLED. this isnt because care isn't taken, it's because there's square holes on the inner lip of the fender to bolt the fender liner to.

You can shave down just past the square hole and itll leave you with just enough metal to roll the fender with. Heres a thread:
