voltage problem. could there be a short or bad grounding?

Ya, I spent a good couple days checking everything else to make sure it wasnt something else too, was too lazy to do the alty with the cold and ****ty weather here in vancouver, but I ended up having to do it.

I got a oem alty and new oem serp belt while I was at it.

I know this is an d thread but did you ever figure out what was up? I was having same problems and found a bad brake light which was intermittently dying. Replaced and working fine now but not sure if the problem will return.
