I searched a lot of places and I finally found one at LTS (Lexus Toyota Scion) auto dismantling in Rancho Cordova near Sacramanto. It has more miles on it than I would have liked @ 116K but it was all I could find at a decent price and it does have a 90 day warranty. I doubt that we will put any more than about 10k miles on it anyway as we are hoping to buy an 07+ LS460 or IS250 by the end of the year.

So far so good. It was not that much drama to do. It helps having a hoist to lift the car up!
I broke a couple of the studs from the header to the cats and I decided to do the engine mounts while I was under there. It drives like a new car now.
