Default Chirpping on New Power Steering

Hello to all the Lexus owners. I have a 91 LS 400. I have had all the power steering problems as all owners have had. I just replaced my alternator and a new power steering pump. After I finished the job and dropped the car of the stands the steering was not there. I revved the motor some and it starting working. After taking it for a drive for a couple of miles all seemed fine. Then when my wife took the car, NATURALLY it was making a noise. It is a high pitch chirping noise. Its coming from the area of the new pump and alternator, but I just cant quite isolate it.I thought maybe the pulling needed a little more torque so I tightened it a bit. Well the chirping did silence a bit. But it is still there. So to all my fellow owners HELP.

+1 Sounds like air trapped in the system. Just fixed a hose on my PS system. Take reservoir cap off and turn wheel lock to lock, ideally with the front end off the ground, about 10-20 times. Obviously with the engine running.
