93 LS with Nak system, where to get O.E.M. speakers
Hey guys! I'm about to buy a 93 LS with low mileage and extremely well maintained. The only issue the car has is that all the speakers, except the driver's door, are blown. It does have the Nak system. Can anyone tell me where can i get some oem speakers for it? Thanks!

I found these Boston Acoustics on sale off of crutchfield.com on 50% off for $40! From reading multiple forums on here i've only heard great things about them! http://www.crutchfield.com/p_065SE45...45.html?tp=105
I also have the 99 oem Nak speakers sitting around not sure if they fit but if they do and you want to go the oem route we could work something out.

I believe it might me a head unit problem since only the speakers on the driver side and sub work and if I turn the fader to the left there is barely some sound. The speakers that work though still sound in pretty bad shape.

Not that the cause of your problem is the same.

[QUOTE=Kansas;7180592]When the passenger side door speakers started to fade away and then stopped working completely four or five years ago, I sent my 2000 LS400 Nakamichi head unit (I had verified that my amp was OK) to http://www.carstereohelp.com/ in Florida. They fixed it by resoldering the balance control.

Unfortunately, they no long repair our head units. I'm going check all the wiring from the amp to see if it is sending a signal to all of the speakers which would then leave me to believe it is a definite head unit problem. I think a double din head unit would be the better way to go since i plan to put my old system in.

I highly doubt that's what it is since the passenger side tweeter, and door speakers have no sound going to them, I believe Kansas is right on the money with the problem i'm having.
