Default 94 ls400 abs

Alright, i have a major issue, yet all in the same is minor. My abs light is constantly on. When the light came on i lost the ability to shift out of park with out pushing the override button. Cruise control, power steering, memory functions to seats and steering wheel, and power to windows and moon roof. My mechanic said it could be a wheel speed sensor yet he couldn't determine which one it was and would be to costly to replace all four since they are built into the hubs. So i go to lexls.com and learn how to read the obd1 codes to fiy. After learning how, i test it out and the light stays on. The lexus info says that if the light stays on that its a malfunction in he ecm. I went ahead and rerouted power to the windows so they work, yet other wize im still lost, has anyone encountered this because taking it lexus would cost thousands. Im all ears for questions and comments

I'm not quite following you. But for a bunch of strange electrical problems, why not check the wiring harness running along the hood latch?
