Unhappy LS 400 shaking when braking

Please help, after replacing half the front end parts on my 94 ls 400 i still have a shaking in the front end that i cant get ride of. I have replaced the following parts, struts, lower control arm bushing, rotors, pads, tie rod ends, lower ball joint, upper ball joints, rebuilt calipers, new brake lines and had an alignment done. The shaking is not a pulseing in the brake petal but a shaking in the front end, so i know its not warped pad or roters which i replaced anyway. It will contine to shake even as the car slows to 10mph and less so its not just at highway speeds.Any helpful idea would be helpful.

Did you happen to check the bearings?

I was thinking that maybe it could be the strut bar bushing like you mention. Will check them tomorrow for wear. I believe the part number for the cushion replacement is 48674-50030. Been looking for after market replacement for them so i dont pay the high lexus price. Anyone know where i can get them at a reasonable price?

That's the right part number. Carson sells it for $148 +shipping and Sewell sells it for $139 +shipping. As far as aftermarket, I see rockauto suggested often. And eBay.

If you purchase the Roca lower control arm kit, it comes with all four bushing for the LCA and Strut rod bushing (left and right) for approximately $120-130.

I just had mine pressed in a couple of days ago. I have not driven the car as of today, but will report back as to the ride.

I just drove the car after the new roca bushings install. I am impressed!!! The are nice and tight with no abnormal sounds. Feels like a brand new car! .....at least in the front end...lol. First impressions is that roca is oem equivalent or better.

Unhappy

OK, I replaced the strut bar bushings this weekend after buying off ebay and I still have the same shaking when I brake. I did look under the car ,since I heard a few people mention transmission mounts and engine mounts and I saw nothing wrong with them and could not move either with a big breaker bar , so I've concluded that I will never track this problem down,Anyone have any other sugestions? I,m sure others must be having this problems with an LS 400 of similar age and miles. HELP! Something else is worn out but I have no clue.

Size and condition of tires? A low speed shake is usually a tire issue like a bubble in the side wall.

When replacing suspension arm bushings, you did remember to stabilize the suspension and support the arm with a jack before tightening the bolts right?
