Engine Stalled and Won't Restart
I have a 1990 Lexus LS400 with approximately 270,000 miles which until recently has run very well. About a week ago, my new battery died, requiring me to jump start the car. I let the car idle and drove it for approximately 20 minutes. As I pulled up to the gas station, the engine stalled. After a couple of tries, the battery died again. The car would not restart and I had it towed. I have replaced the fuel pump, crankshaft position sensor, and fuel filter. There is power coming to the fuel pump relay and fuse panel. There is no power at the fuel pump. I hooked up the fuel pump to the car battery and the pump runs. The engine attempted to run nut did not. I sprayed starter fluid into the throttle body and it attempted to start but did not. I have yet to locate a fuel pump relay. Also, I replaced the ECM/PCM after the engine stalled based on the advise of an advisor since I could and still cannot get the OBD scan tool to connect with the ECM/PCM. It had connected previously.
Any ideas? Fuel pump relay?

6 POSTS DOWN. will show you the relay and a way to bypass it and make sure it is bad. when you do the bypass fuel pump will run at full speed. if it runs you will hear fuel flowing real fast when just the ignition is turned to the on position. if you do then it should start.
