+1 You said you want OEM so go with the OEM Kit, which is TKT021 and includes AISIN Water Pump, KOYO Idler Bearing, KOYO Tensioner Bearing, NTN Hydraulic Tensioner, Mitsuboshi Timing Belt. All you need to get is the crank seal separately. $192 is not expensive for OEM parts. Just go to the dealer and get a quote....

So before confirming the purchase, I want to ask if this is a good buy? I know Aisin is like oem brand but it's just the water pump, as for the other stuff is it worth the buy? Should I worry about the other thing being off brand?

That kit looks suspect on the timing belt, (not sure what the belt is or who made it )
This kit is what I would buy, it contains all good brands, and it has the belt tensioner which I would change as well.

Changing the timing belt is not so bad if you are a good mechanic.
It took me 8 or so hours to do mine.
The Factory service manual steps are unique ,but just make certain that when you have the belt on that you temporarily re install the lower timng belt cover and harmonic balancer ( crankshaft pulley ) and check that the cam marks are lined up WHEN the mark on the Harmonic balancer is at zero ( TDC ).
turn the engine by hand 2 revolutions and check the marks again.
Also you had better come up with a plan for how you will hold the crankshaft pulley when loosening the center bolt. It is torqued to something like 180 + foot pounds.
This bolt must be torque to this amount.
It took me 8 or so hours to do mine.
