I had my friend adjust my coilovers a while back, and I decided I want to lower my car a little bit more today. And this is what I see
I can't loosen the lock ring, the other 2 rings turn with it. I've been driving like this for a while without knowing. Are they damaged? Is it fixable?

That is all kinds of retarded. The lowest collar is the locking collar for the bottom bracket. You need to use 2 spanner wrenches going opposite directions to loosen it or you can bust them loose with a strong flat head and a hammer.

if the lowest lock ring is stuck to the middle one, you may need to find/borrow/buy another Megan "Small" adjusting wrench to get them apart. remember the last thing you wanna do is screw the threads up on the body.
step 2 of course would be to use the wrench to beat the friend who adjusted your coils for being an idiot.

lol yeah dude.. that 3rd ring is supposed to stay all the way on the bottom. it's purpose is to keep the coilover threads from moving left/right. just make sure you/your buddy never do that again!

you should still be able to use the larger spanner wrench to hold the upper collar while you loosen the lowest collar with the smaller spanner wrench. unless your friend superman-tightened it, it should come off easily since it doesn't look like there is any dirt/debris on the thread body. gl man!
