Just got back from the dealer and they disabled the til/teles feature free of charge.
I brought a hard copy of the TSB to show them in order to eliminate confusion. Kansas thanks again for the TSB -- very helpful.
The toggle switch still works.

The dealer did you a favor so try to throw a little business their way while reminding them you are doing it because of the favor they did for you. The dealer did not get reimbursed by Lexus/Toyota for making this adjustment for you like they would have if you had been a new car buyer.
