Default Code 47, but I don't have TC WTF?

I have a 1994 ls400 and I'm getting code 47 for the sub tps, but my car doesn't have Traction control. Last week I was getting Code 41 so we replaced the "main" Tps and upon replacing it got code 47. Anyone else had this problem? I searched and read some threads, but didn't find one with the same exact problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you pull the EFI fuse to reset the ECU after you replaced the TPS?
Did you set up the replacement TPS when you fitted it?

I'm leaning towards a bad Ecu, Is there anything I need to know when purchasing one?

I know I need one from a car with out trac control, and from what I say it looks like it has to be 93-94 ecu for my car since it's a 1994. Any other tips before I purchase the wrong one?
