I would suggest that you keep your car. I liken it like an investment and you have to be patient and invest the monies into your car that is going to make it run better in the long run. Yes the parts for a LEXUS may be expensive for some car owners taste, but with careful research on the internet and learning to DIY alot of the maintenance and repairs, your actually come out on top because with a LEXUS dependability is what makes a LEXUS such a keeper. I've had my 91 LS new since I brought it and 237K I still drive it and it still runs strong. But the key is doing the proper, scheduled maintenance, DIY the work and repairs and being able to find good dependable parts at a good price...but in the long run, the choice still lies with you and you have to do what is best for you in the end...but IMHO, keep your LS, learn some DIY and research good parts for a good price and your LS will run forever and a day....good luck...
