Thanks for the pic Steve. Hopefully this thread will help someone in the future...

You know it did seem to idle kinda weird, yet still surprisingly smooth...

Shortly before this event happened I got into a 'stop light confrontation' with a 98-02 body style Pontiac Firebird. I went WOT at the light... I still don't know how in the world the tube got disconnected. One of my theories is that maybe it was always kinda loose and finally came free at WOT? My other theory is that I washed the engine last week and maybe I accidentally loosened it with the small brush I was using.. Either way none of this makes sense. I'll just keep an eye on it from now on.

Here is the picture that I searched for that ended up letting me find out where the tube goes into. I was VERY puzzled when I looked at it at first because I thought "wait that hose already goes to the engine".
