Battery good but won't turn the engine
1992 Lexus LS400
I bought this car last month and the cigarette lighter would not work. I checked the fuse and it was burnt. When I changed it, everything was fine until I needed to take out the key from the ignition (It was stuck in ACC mode). The only way I could take out the battery was by disconnecting the battery.
I took the cigarette lighter fuse back out, but now the car just will not start. All the lights and other stuff work, the starter won't even turn. I checked all the other fuses under the dash and under the hood.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
