thank everyone. the wheels i already have, just need to save up for the tires and massage the fenders a bit. you can see the wheels stacked in the background when i was doing the carpet installation (tease).
here is a pic when i took her on her maiden voyage this morning. i found that running 90psi up front and 45psi out back works well. it's pretty stiff so i'll adjust the dampening. there is also some knocking coming from the rear. i suspect the top hats. so far the pressures are holding constant!
thanks everyone! i hope others will benefit from all this information. i just wish i took more pics during the suspension install! i was too focused i suppose.

rough cost $2440 or so !
Nice bro! Identical to my UAS setup! I have the Dakota air gauge and everything else too. Just minor differences like the switch box. I have Bilstein shocks. How do the BCs ride?
How much 1/4" air lines did you use? one of the few things I have left to order and was just wondering how many feet you'd recommend
i had 50' of airline, and used about 40-45' of it. i always cut longer than necessary just in case. also use a proper cutter, not wire cutters or a knife! they have cutters specific to tube cutting. if the airline is not cut square it will leak.

i'm sure you have the better dakota gauge with the tank pressure too. i have to press that mini button to read between front to rear, not convenient but heck it was $70 new! BCs ride amazing but i'm comparing to stock. i have set the dampening down to 20 front, 15 rear. do your bilsteins have adjustable dampening?
