I don't know the price difference between Georgia and Florida but we got my fairly minty '99 (nothing wrong aside from a small dent in the rear bumper and a frayed driver's seatbelt) with 88k miles for $7k + dealer fees. This was, of course, after a month of negotiating with the dealer who was asking ~$12k. Try shoot for <100k miles for <$10k and you should be golden

I paid $8,800 from a dealership June 2012 for a 98 , Black on Black with 109,309 miles. Interior in great shape.

I know florida is a good area to buy Lexus. I think they are cheaper about $1k compare to GA
