interesting enough, it is called a "Mastertech" - lol

here is the scanner with cartridge

this will work on most any Lexus, Toyota or Scion up through around 2007 or so - you can even flash an ECU with it, if you have the correct flash data file

it depends on how long you are willing to wait

I have seen the yellow ver. 14a software cartridge go for as little as $99 on ebay and the scanner without cartridge as little as $250, so if you sniffed around ebay often enough for a year, you could eventually have one for $350 or so total, but they are getting to be a bit rare, so if you want it NOW, looks like $600 is the price.
