Did you get an alignment after installing the bushings? What was the toe setting on the alignment?

Not usually unless the tech was to weak to snug the bolts/nuts down properly. Hitting curbs, big pot holes or other hard road debris can knock an alignment off. If you are having this wear at all 4 wheels, the alignment was not set right.

1. Re-check that the bushings are intalled and snugged in properly.
2. Get an alignment and post the numbers for us to see.

check your toe specs. Excessive toe out would cause enough stress on the inside sidewall to cause it to separate.

ok when ever i do suspension stuff or renew tyre (even when rotating them.) i get balance and alignment..

ive been around the motoring game for 20years and am aware of the issues..

well i got the print out of the last alignment.. i got done on thursday after we found the tyres were screwed.

have a good look at the old specs.. think we have found the problem..

i asked for the alignment specs on the alignment they did on the last tyres. a month ago when the tyres were first fitted and they couldnt find it.. would have been nice to know if it knocked out of alignment

thursdays alignment done

lolol find whatever monkey did your alignment last time and beat some sense into him before presenting him with a bill for your last set of tires.

Off by more than 1 order of magnitude, I mean freaking REALLY....

i did speak to the aligner that did this one last week and he said that once alignment is done and you go around the block the alignment may slightly change as things settle in..

wouldnt you take it for the run and reset to make sure you have done the job right?

if what he said was true it would by no means be to that extent...

Just my $0.002 (that's $.02 after inflation :-) .
Unless they offered to replace the tires and refund the original alignment fee, I would consider finding a new alignment shop.
At a minimum, they tried to mislead you regarding how long an alignment lasts - apparently theirs last only for a few blocks!
