Default Which style of wheels do i want??

I am been debating as to which style would look best on my Grandpa Gold 98? I want something 18" or bigger. Can you guys give me some suggestions? I have already looked through the wheel thread but nothing really struck me as a modern stylish wheel.

Dear God that picture is freaking MASSIVE. Tone it down a notch lol. Well, I mean, what kind of style are you going for? Sporty? Luxury? Any possibility of bringing the car closer to the ground?

Considering the color of your car, something luxurious or VIP esque would be best.

A sporty/race wheel never seems to look right on gold/champagne color cars. I suggest something like this:

The forum allows 3200 pixel wide images and it is supposed to be able to resize but there are instance this does not happen. For ease, 1,200 pixels and less makes navigating a thread easier. Adjusted.

if you want modern, just go with a late model OEM lexus wheel. you should at least have a slight idea on what type of wheel you prefer, especially after going through the wheel thread. we cannot tell you what you would want .

Not those Chiquita wheels?

So many to choose but depends on your wallet comfort. Among the quality OEM, the 5 spoke LS430 and 5 spoke GS 350 wheels look good. I prefer the open spoke of the GS wheels personally.

I figured the OP might have wanted something they could have ordered/shipped/mounted in a matter of days but, if we are going to play that game...

These are about as modern/luxurious as they come and they can be built to your exact specifications and you get a lifetime warranty on the faces.

I'm not a fan of super-low-profile tires because to me the wheels would seem out of proportion with the rest of the body, which is massive. I have the stock wheels for 1995, but when an opportunity comes to change the wheel, I would pick up a nice set of 5-point stars.
