Fan Pulley Bracket - you are VERY lucky that this is available aftermarket Aisin and only $90 - parts like this can cost $900 from Lexus!

the part linked to above, assumes you are working on a 98-00 - for folks who have this happen on a 90-97, you need this part instead

Wow thanks!!!! Yes it is for 98-00, I'll give it some more tries on it and if no luck I'll have I cut it then. I have already bought some nuts to replace it as well since some were stripped a little so figure I get some to replace it all

I think I would order the real Toyota nuts, seeing as how important they are!

Why not just press in new studs?

Why not use a narrow chisel on the nut and try to loosen them up a little? At the very least, using a chisel may make an indentation on the nut that you can get a regular screwdriver on the indentation and break the nut loose with a sharp rap with a hammer. If it moves a little using this method, I would add some " Blaster" to the nut/bolt area. Maybe this will enable you to simply screw them off using the narrow vice grips mentioned above. However, I never had much luck using VGs in these situations, because they often just make the stripped nut worse. I seem to remember another post awhile back that Craftsman made a device that could be put over the stripped nut and remove it.
Another thing- if those bolts are like the ones on a Nissan 300ZX fan/clutch, they screw in/out on both ends, having threads on both ends.
