i basically wanna get a bumper for my 90 LS400 and i was wondering if the 94-97 bumper would fit (because they look so much better). and if not would i be able to just get headlights bumper and fenders or would i aslo need a hood. kinda random but if anybody has attempted it feedback would be great!

A 94 bumper will fit because they changed the body style for model year 95+. A 95+ bumper is not going to fit.

90-94 parts will work fine. You should look into getting the color-matched side skirts from the 93-94 models, as well

95-00 parts will end up looking like this (note the windshield/A pillar):
