that I'll do...hope you lad here have "great" eyes....I wouldn't know squat about any diff tween factory vs 3rd party....so lets see what I get done this aft...

Me again...dunno howcome I'm not "JVRudnick" but I did want to finish off this thread...
My mechanic found - under the dash - a wired in "Fortin" immobilser...which he removed easily. Took less than 1 hour ($85) for him to find same and remove it. I keep it on my desk at the office to remind me that sometimes things're NOT as they appear.
And thanks to one and all for their help on this....the LS starts beautifully and runs great!
