Default Extended studs/Spacers

97 ls400. Need to find some extended studs or spacers. I have those 15mm slide-on in the front to clear the breaks, but I am not so comfortable with the amount of thread available for the lug nuts. Plus I would like to get a little more flush. A little new to this. Just put the coils on and the car looks great but now I would like to roll the fenders a bit and get a little more flush. Please shoot me a link of where you guys pick these up or if someone has some laying around. ... thanks As you can see, the fronts are ok but the rears could use some help.

python- that didn't link anything to extended wheel studs. The only thing they list is spacers and springs.

you have a 15mm spacer on stock studs on right now? I had a 10mm spacer on my ucf10 and thought that was a lot for a slide on spacer with stock stud. Why not just buy hubcentric spacer?

Here's an older thread that links to a club vendor. Check them out.

The spacer he is running on the front is the min amount to clear the calipers.

Atlas you should look into some bolt on spacers instead.

H&R makes 15mm spacers that come with properly extended studs of good quality.

Only extended studs I would recommend are ARP, H&R, and Eibach.

I put around 20k mi on my 15mm H&R setup without issues.

For lug engagement you basically want it to be the thickness or more of the stud. So getting 10 turns is a conservative amount. Thread pitch X turns.

PD's suggestion is check length relative to your spacer application. The H&R with built-in studs is a top choice. There are makers of custom spacers as well if you want a thickness between what HR offers.

+1, the ARP IS 300 is commonly used:

100-7715
Knurl: 0.559
Underhead Length: 2.600
Knurl Length: 0.180
Thread: 12 x 1.5

PD do you know up to what thickness spacer this length accommodates?

factory UHL (under head length) is 1.5748in (i checked for a '99)
ARP UHL (is300) is 2.6"

I would take a stab and say a 20-24mm spacer would be fine on it, but depends on the wheel pad thickness.
