buy centric rotors then, OEM quality (they are an OEM, plus own stoptech and iirc AP Racing as well). Quality is stock or better in my experience.

I would rebuild the stock calipers, no reason to replace unless there's a major issue with them (read: cracked casting)

Akebono pads and centric rotors are one of the, if not the best option for pads and rotors.

As far a a the pedal goes, you probably still have a bubble somewhere or the hoses are mush. Rebleed the brakes.
