Default strange issue ebrake and trac light on

ok so after I replaced the rear rotors and pads, plus the driver caliper, the parking brake light and the trac light next to the check engine light are on. I have searched and could not find out why. I am a completely stumped by this...Any help with this issue would be great.....O also when I bought the car the trac-off light was stuck on and the check engine light is on....The check engine light is on because for some unknown reason the po cut the cats out of the car.......Most likely for drug money.....

what year car? are you sure it's the parking brake light that is on, or is it the low brake pad light? they are two different lights.

during a pad change, inspect the pad sensor wires located on only the passenger side of the car. if there is any break or contact on the rotor, the sensor will trigger the low brake pad light.

you can try this for a quick fix if you don't want to pay for a new sensor. this is for a 97-00 but still applies to older cars.

Sorry I thought I put the year. Its a 1990. The light that is on and says "brake" I can/will post pictures of the dash so you can see what I am talking about.

Red brake light will be because the fluid level is low, the fluid level sensor is bad, or there's a fluid pressure difference in the system, I'd check the fluid level sensor first. If the trac light is on but not the ABS light, you have a problem specifically with the Traction control.
I highly doubt the check engine light is on "because the po cut out the cats"-catalyst is not monitored on your car, you have a different problem.
