Can anyone help out with the possibility of upgrading headlights to those white, bright lights? Do I have to replace the entire light housing or is it just a bulb? Where to buy?

You can upgrade to aftermarket HID for around $400 on ebay. just do a search on www.ebay.com on Lexus HID.
You are just replacing the halogen bulbs inside with HID Kit and is keeping the headlight housing.

There are also the $20 Xenon Bulbs that also gives you the white light, but they are actually less bright than regular Halegon.

If you want the real thing, get the real HID kit.
