Default Power Steering "Cooler Line" leak

I searched, didn't find any info in relation to this specific type of PS leak, my pump sweats but doesn't leak.

The "cooler" line that wraps around the oil pan is leaking on the passenger side, I have to top up the fluid every couple days before it whines, the odd thing is, it NEVER leaked before I jacked up the car and did some seal/belt work.

Has anyone else experienced this line leaking as stated above? AlI I'm wondering is if it is very simple to switch out with a new one and if new ones can be had for cheap. The "mounting points" which consist of plastic wraps with foam bushings are really shot too, I think the vibration resulting from this weakened the point where the metal line meets rubber hose on this.

What year is your LS?
The PS cooler is the U shaped pipe that runs across the front of the car in front of the radiator so I am assuming you mean the high pressure hose from the pump to the rack?

Sorry, I believe you're right, I assumed it wasn't a high pressure line considering I could drive 100 + kph on the highway and not see a significant loss of fluid.

I haven't looked at the leak in quite a while and the diagram isn't quite as 3D as I'd like that I grabbed off Google, I circled the area where I'm 99% sure that leak was coming from, especially if that's the same line that mounts to the front of the oil pan 1-2 flange. I have no idea how it happened but some of the mounts for my PS lines are just terrible the foam bushings are dry/missing in a couple locations and I find it odd that the plastic tubes they sit in have a larger diameter that allow the lines to move around.

I just want to get this all in tip top without blowing a ton of cash before I destroy something in the rack or cause the pump to leak onto the alternator. Thanks for the response!

EDIT: LS is a 91, UCF10. Oh and another quick question, when fluid is lower but not yet causing "whine" is it possible for high RPM to create a burning smell in the PS system very temporarily? I initially thought this smell was my drive belt having too much tension but I recently noticed it may only occur when the ATF in the PS res is "lower".
