Question Timing adjustment.

Hello mighty Lexus club,
Once again im working on a timing issue. I have put a new belt on and need to adjust it a bit. my question is - how do you adjust the timing on a 1992 ls400 ,without removing the timing belt,if it possible.

my manual says to move the distributor, but It doesnt say how to move it. Im confused now.
Thanks for your help,

92lexus.

Default

PS ,

Does your manual tell you there are 2 distributors ?
How can you move them equally ? I assume your manual
is for a 72 Chevy. I used to do that on my Chevy, with a
timing gun, looking down on the timing marks and just rotate
the dist. until desired BTC. Why don't you try that.

Default timing solved

Yikes, i am now sure that it is impossible to adjust without removing the actual belt. I guess ill just go in and do it all over again but ill be more careful this time. Thanks everyone for the help , especially the mighty devil Dog, he is the man with the plan.
