1996 Lexus LS400
I was driving home and when I got a mile towards my home, my gas pedal felt a bit soft with loss of power for about 5 seconds, then it went back to normal. By the time I arrived in my driveway the car just died. The car would not crank over for 1 day. This morning, my car started on the first try, I ran it for 15 min and it seemed fine, everything seemed back to normal, then after turning it off, it will not start once again...

not crank...???
not start....???
which is it
not cranking over means the car is not trying to start by way of ign/starter..aka ur dead in the water..turn key, nothing
not starting however is another story..means its actually trying to start up. if its the latter then get some starting fluid and squirt a little into the fresh air duct leading to the throttle body..not under the dash!![Wink](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
