'95+ LCAs and strut rods use metal tabs to locate the eccentric bolts. They sometimes get flattened by overzealous techs.
The fix is easier than in cars with cut slots like timmy showed earlier. The tabs can simply be hammered by to 90* and a strip of steel welded in to reinforce them. Should be easily done by any fabricator or body shop.
