yeah just replaced both ocv filter aka screens... i don't think both ocv solenoids since it was calling for bank 1(left bank/driver side) I even ask the dealer what they say bank 1 is and they said driver side. After changing ocv filters the code didn't come back as quick, it actually took 16 miles.

I may just change the other one as well, the timing sensors looked good as well.

damn this is frustrating.

thank you again for all the in-put. Ill keep you post on what it takes to finally fix it.

Do you think that changing the ocv on passenger side (bank 2) would fix it even though it through code for driver side (bank 1) ocv?? Cause driver side has a new one.

no, I dont, but I went ahead and cleaned mine thinking they were the same age.... so?

You can do the stand alone test after removing it from the engine. The inner part should move nicely when the DC12V is applied to the coil. I have seen an OCV which showed the stroke smaller than normal.
