Default 94 Celsior Fuel Pump ECU Location

Can anyone please tell me where to find the Fuel Pump ECU in a 94 Celsior?

It is included in the engine/AT ECU under the passenger's dash.

So there is no separate control module/computer for the fuel pump specifically...its built into the ECU?

correct, it's not separate. have you checked your actual fuel pump if it's good?

I'm getting 11.5v to 11.6V at the connectors to the fuel pump when I crank the car.
When I jumper the diagnostic port under the hood, the fuel pump comes on and I can hear it running!
