Yup, the OCV was the solution to my problem. No more misfires and both the check engine light and VSC light went off after driving a couple of miles. That's weird how VSC light came on with this issue, I don't see the relationship. Thanks again TMaxxTim! I found the part off of Amazon for $94.
This cleared out the following OBD II codes:
P1354
P1351
P0300
P0302
P0304
P0306
P0308
One thing I was concerned with was how the new part looked compared to the original that came off the car. The ends don't look similar. Hopefully I wasn't fooled for an aftermarket part. I heard the OCV was redesigned when searching through the forum. Getting this off was a biatch. I tried taking off the throttle body, but the radiator hose was in the way. Eventually I was able to squeeze it right by the throttle wire.

After swapping oxygene sensors, and driving for couple of miles and got CEL with below code
P0135 - Oxygen O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
This confirms that sensor is bad not wires, yesterday changed the sensor with new OEM part, tell now no codes..
I have noticed that temp gauge after driving the car for a trip of 1 hour and 30 minutes
So in first 30 minutes of the trip it was between second and third line, while after one hour it was a little above third line, and finally when i reached my destination it was again between second and third line!
Is it thermostat or the ECT?
