I would have held out for the correct FACTORY PAINTED door. All repaints seem to not be very good, I can spot them a mile away.

Yes, but he's probably not looking for perfection in a 20 year old car with 200k miles. Great job in keeping it on the road. And yes, still the best value in a used car. The reported value of the car may only be $2k, but, as with most of us... it's worth a lot more to us than that, because we know these cars.
