Sticking caliper?

Sticking caliper?
My 91 LS400 has recently started shaking when driving and is more noticible the faster I drive. It will then return to normal after stopping, and then driving and will be really smooth again. I can feel the shaking through the steering wheel and seat and it seems to happen a few times per day.
When the car is stationary and i let off the brakes it seems to barely crawl forward. The front left wheel seems to be radiating more heat and has that brake smell to it. Does this sound like a sticking caliper? Trying to get an idea of what to replace; FL caliper, front pads and rotors? Should I go oem?
Thanks in advance

indeed sounds like a sticking caliper! after driving the brake rotor could be red hot! i would take it off, and rebuild BOTH front calipers. then consider new pads and resurface the rotors if they are within thickness specs.
shaking could also be unrelated, where the common culprit is bad strut rod bushings. fix the brakes first then see if the shaking remains. only then should you consider the strut rod bushings (unless you can clearly see them compromised upon inspection).
