Dicer, I didn't get the chance to make the fix yet. Just been too busy with work and all. I think I will order the seal that Munday recommended and give it a try. Will let you know how it turns out.

Picked up a new seal from Lexus of Silver Spring Saturday $221. Replaced it on Monday raining tonight and most of the day tomorrow will check in again after the rain stops.
