lol..ok wasnt intended to be insulting..more sarcastic..the proper procedure would have been to either have a shop pressure test ur cooling system or perform one urself if u have the correct tool..hence my point. anytime someone asks about a shiny piece is like someone describing a noise like the aamco commercials. hope u got it fixed. ![Wink](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)

All good man, no harsh feelings. I actually had the pressure tester from Autozone on the car, that's how I initially found the leak, I just didn't know the name of that particular part.
I wish I would have taken a picture of it when I had it off but I already RTVed it back into place. I filled the system with plain distilled water today with the procedure listed on the reservoir. I'm waiting on the car to cool down so I can top the system off. Once it's topped back off and the system is for sure full I'll hook the pressure tester back up to the car and check the area for any leaks. I'll report back with my findings tomorrow.

I filled the system back up with the Toyota coolant today and the leak appears to be gone. I'll give an update after the system cools down and I'm able to top it off.
