Default Fuel tank vacuum

When I take my fuel filler cap off to fill it up, there is always a really 'powerful' vacuum. Alot of air rushes in when releasing the cap. Is this normal or should I be looking for a blocked breather ?..
The car runs fine.....

this is normal, for all cars, as the fuel pressure changes depending on temperature.

So... does this mean there is no breather ?... Um... there must be a breather ?.... Although why is there a strong vacuum ?
