Brake/stop light bulb in tail lamp - how to remove?
The passenger side rear stop light bulb has stopped working, which is the cause of my "taillamp malfunction" message. I have replaced both high mount stop light bulbs as precaution also, but realized one of the rear brake lights are out. The owner's manual is pretty useless for these maintenance issues. What bulb is used and how to remove it? I think it is the square shaped bulb in the rear trunk compartment (that contains 3 bulbs).
Also, what repair manual would you recommend for future maintenance?
Thanks.

lol mine literally just got the tail lamp malfunction. like an idiot i just blindingly go to change it and it wasn't until after i got back i realized i had actually taken out the reverse light bulb (7440 btw) so the bulbs i had brought back naturally didn't fit... the manual doesn't say the bulb type for it so i found out the hard way that it's a 7443.
anyway it's at the top left, underneath the black flap that opens up. you have to twist counter clockwise at the base of the bulb and it'll pop out. it's kinda tricky to reach honestly but not too bad

Problem fixed! If you remove a couple of the plastic tabs and pry the trunk lining off a bit, it becomes very easy to access the bulbs. I replaced both brake bulbs while I was at it
