I did try to Search to get this info, but can't find it. How do I set the doors to automatically lock when I shift from Park to Drive?

My SC430 does this, and we think our '98 LS400 used to do it , too, but it doesn't now.

I think you need to have the dealer program this for you....if it's programmable that is.

the '98-00 LS400's should be able to do it, it needs to be programmed in as a CBEST setting by a dealer or someone with a suitably compatible (high priced usually) OBDII scan tool.

I didn't see an auto lock when shifting to drive option in that list. Just an auto unlock and an auto-arming of the security... did I miss it? There's an 'auto lock delay' which is related to the wireless and only works if the car is not opened and looks to be permanently on.
