I have a set of Eurolines for my 1998 Celsior I'm not sure what size of the tire should I get.
Specs
(front) 18x8 offset of 17mm
(rear) 18x9 offset of 13mm
I test fitted them and they are pretty much inline with the fender (if not sticking out past the fender about 2mm). I'm thinking of getting 215/45/18 tires because that would give me more stretch and I dont want to roll the fenders. I'm afraid that with that size of tire it might look stupid on the car, maybe too small. Also I would love to have the tires in the rear wider than the fronts, but then I think it might rub.
What do you guys recommend?
Thank you

you can run full sizes with that fitment. 245/45-18 fr 255-265/40-18 rear. just roll the fenders, no pull.
not aggressive enough at all to need a stretch at all in the front, and the mildest of stretches (but not really a stretch) for the rear.

I had a set of 18x8 and 18x9 Eurolines too. They were on 225/35r18 and 245/40r18s with my car lowered about 5" (maybe a little more) and I didn't rub at all with no fender work at all. Like the above comment said, you should be able to run full size tires if you're at stock height.

That changes things a lot... you're going to need like a 215/35 on the front and 235/35 on the back to have a change of not rubbing, but because the LS is a boat you're not going to find a 215/35 tire with the OE load rating which can be dangerous.

at 4.5 inches drop you will certainly need some kind of fender modding to get the appropriate tires to fit. show pictures of your test fit and we can determine what will work.
also keep in mind not all tire sizing runs true, meaning a 225/40/18 toyo will differ slightly form a 225/40/18 michelin for example.

Not necessarily. I was .5" lower than him and had fairly normal size tires with 100% stock fenders. Granted, I had higher offsets, but with him being higher, he might be okay.
