Can i keep the stock wiring?
2001-2003 LS430 alternators feature a three pin connector socket and are compatible with (1995-1997?) 1998-2000 LS400.
2004-2006 LS430 alternators use a 4 pin connector socket and are not plug-and-play.
Lexus rebuilt alternators replace all internal components...with OEM components..the only thing reused are the Aluminum housings.
Big box auto parts doesn't disclose what parts are rebuilt or replaced....expect the worst.
Their lifetime warranty lulls you into thinking it is a quality rebuild.
